FlowerAdvisor was established in response to the absence of a strong, unified brand in Asia for international flower delivery. Online users often struggled to find a reliable 24-hour platform that allowed them to send flowers seamlessly to their loved ones, no matter where they were located.

Although many local florists existed, most were unwilling to invest significant resources into building stable and secure websites capable of supporting and managing e-commerce transactions. This challenge was further intensified by the high incidence of e-commerce fraud in regions such as Asia and Europe, which made users increasingly cautious about smaller, less established websites.
